But if we tend to over do something If we consume too much information about it, it affects us negatively. We have not fully been capable of understanding how good or bad the effect is. Having the right information is always helpful. But by repeatedly consuming that same information Our thoughts are affected. Let's discuss about taking our thoughts in the right direction. We have with us, Brahma Kumari Sister Shivani. Welcome, Sister. Om Shanti. When you say that our thoughts affect our life. And by repeatedly doing something it becomes a habit. Today during these times, what we see in mutually interactions And in what we are watching on news, listening, and reading about, it is the same topic everywhere. It's right because the environment is like that. We had never dealt with a situation like this before. It's standing as a huge challenges in front of all countries. Few countries have even termed it as a Health War. When we are in such a situation We want to try and do the right things. For that we need to think right. We don't want it to affect our mind. But simply understanding it is not enough. We understand it theoretically. But how to implement it? First and foremost let's break it down. Most important thing is that we need to do it. In our list of taking care Today the maximum messages we are sharing with each other is about Washing hands frequently and socially distancing from each other. Keeping our homes clean. On top of all this, place another factor - We need to think right. We need to think right. We can physically clean our house. But if the energies of panic, anxiety, and fear keep circulating there We can't call it a clean home. Anyone who enters that house will also get influenced by it. And collectively, we will create another chaos. That is why in our list of do's and don'ts In our list of precautions Think right should be on top of the list. We need to frequently wash our hands. It's very, very important. We need to also continuously keep our mind clean. It's very, very important. Let's integrate that. Unless we repeatedly explain it to ourselves We don't pay attention to it. Because washing our hands physically is easy. We need to explain it to ourselves and to everyone around us repeatedly. Why should it be cleaned? Because if we look at where all our state of mind is affecting. Every thought we create Which means thousands of thoughts in a day Every thought that we create First of all, it affects our feeling. Suppose we create a thought - So many people are affected... it is spreading so fast ... The count is 400 today ... We took a piece of information and created a thought. So we are creating a feeling of fear in us. As will be the thought, so will be the feeling. Often we don't even realise that we are creating the feeling. We say the feeling comes by itself. Because we did not realise that we are creating our thoughts. So we believed thoughts and feelings are both coming to us from somewhere. But we create our every thought. Taking the same information, someone else can create a different thought. But we chose to create this thought. And it will affect our feelings. Which means mental health. Secondly, our every thought reaches every organ of our body. Medical Science says that our every thought reaches every cell of our body. But very casually we have created thousands of thoughts. We thought we are getting protected from something. But it should not happen that we are creating something else in the process. Because I am radiating fear and anxiety to my body. Since many, many days. Almost throughout the day. And as it stands, it might take some time to eliminate the illness. It will get finished completely, that's 100% sure. But it may take a few days or a month. I cannot afford to radiate fear and anxiety to my body until then. I don't know which organ in my body is slightly weak. Somebody's heart is slightly weak, somebody's liver is slightly weak. Someone's spine is slightly weak. But when we radiate constant fear and anxiety to these organs It will affect that organ. We will be shielded from the virus. But it should not happen that we create some other illness in the process. For example our sugar level or our cholesterol got affected. Or we got a back ache or cervical. Because we were already living on the border line of several such things. That is why this impact is more. Otherwise, even if someone is living in fear for a month, it doesn't adversely affect much. But if someone is on the border line of a certain illness and remains in fear for a month Mind and body will not have the power to take it. So my every thought reaches every cell of my body. So, first was feelings. Second was body health. Thirdly, our every thought is reaching other people. We can physically distance ourselves from people for protection against virus. We have done it. We are staying at home. But even at home we are only physically distanced from people. But we cannot escape from vibrations and thoughts, by remaining at home. So even if someone in the neighbourhood Is creating fear and anxiety Its Ripple effect will enter my house. So we cannot socially distance ourselves in terms of vibrations. So we need to remember That when I casually create wrong thoughts, it will not only harm me. It harms everyone else at home also. It harms everyone in my neighbourhood also. The ripple effect is going to harm the entire country. The ripple effect is going to harm the entire world. So I need to immediately stop thinking like that. Because when we are thinking here, we feel nobody else can make out our thoughts. Because I can think everything now. When in fear, we can think that something will happen to us. We can think to the extent of what will happen to the family after me... We can even worry about our children's future... Which means there is no limit to what we can think when we fear. Now we need to immediately tell ourselves My fear is reaching every soul on this planet. And so stop it. And then we will change. But at least I need to know about the damage I might create otherwise. So when we are casually thinking wrong I have to remind myself My every thought is not affecting me alone. My every thought is affecting my family, my neighbourhood. And the ripple effect is on the country and the world. We are all aware of the impact of collective consciousness. When everyone prays together When everyone meditates together When everyone together thinks right Miracles are created. Likewise, when everyone creates fear together Disasters happen. That's a bigger disaster than what we are actually calling as disaster. Because collective consciousness of millions creating fear. I am also contributing to that collective consciousness. So when we are practicing social distancing which is a physical precaution Simultaneous emotional correction is also very important. Because my emotional health is affecting everything and everyone around. I need to take care here. So that my fear does not trigger fear in other people. Why are we physically distancing ourselves from others? Why are we under quarantine for 14 days? That if I have the virus, then I should distance myself from others. So that someone else doesn't get affected because of me. Intention is pure. There is responsibility factor. This is social responsibility. That you just lock yourself at home for 15 days. However, quarantine is needed here also. That because of my fear, someone else should not create fear. Because of my fear, someone else should not create anxiety. Because of my fear, someone else should not feel depressed. I have to check myself here. For that, I cannot go away from others. But living with everyone, I need to start thinking right. So thoughts affect feelings. Thoughts affect health. Thoughts reach people. And fourth effect is that our thoughts vibrate. Which means our thoughts will influence our environment. Our thoughts are affecting the air around us. Our thoughts are affecting water. Our thoughts are affecting nature. So fruits, vegetables, flowers, plants, air, water. At this moment, perhaps everything must be vibrating with fear. Like how we say - Which city's or village's water do you drink? Wherever you drink water from, your Sanskar will become like Sanskars in that place. Because water directly affects our mind and body. Not in terms of just the nutrients and the nutrition. Vibration of the water and vibration of what we eat. Air. We also talk of air pollution today. That it is directly affecting our lungs. But the vibration present in air is directly affecting our state of mind. If 4 people are at home Air is circulating and suppose you have closed all the doors and windows. But If 4 of them are creating fear Then fear will be in the air in that house. Even the water in that house Even if you store drinking water in a pot Just by drinking that water, people will create fear. That's why they say that where there is anger, there even the water pots break. It means that the water there is full of anger. At this time there is fear. So even the water in our houses has become polluted at this time. It has vibrations of fear. We go to temples and take Amrit. What does the Amrit contain? Somebody has connected to God and filled very nice, positive thoughts in that Amrit or water. It is so precious that we take it carefully like this and do this. Because we are getting its vibrations. Otherwise it is just plain water even though it has Tulsi leaves. We can take water with Tulsi leaves even at home. But we don't add those pure thoughts at home. That's why we specifically go to temple to take Amrit. But if just a few drops of Amrit can have such an influence If we drink a glass of water which is full of vibrations of fear? How badly will it affect us? So thoughts vibrate into the environment and influence nature. When we wonder why energy in vegetables and fruits is going down We say they add too many chemicals. It' s a fact. But there is a lot of emotional disturbance in them. Which is affecting the entire environment. So let us remember the impact of my thought. And then we can stop ourselves and check Yes, There is a situation, there is a crisis. But to manage And to finish the crisis Only one thing should be normal. And that is to be fearless. So we need to change our definition of normal. In order to escape from this epidemic And in the process of escaping it, if other epidemics get created In terms of physical health, mental health, relationships, environment To be protected from all these epidemics At this time only one thing should be normal - To be peaceful, to be calm To be stable and to be fearless. So we need to change our definition of normal. When my situations are perfect If I create a little fear, it is still okay. But when there is a crisis Fear is not allowed in those moments. This I have to change. So I will have to change my definition of normal. To say that if there is a crisis, fear is not normal. If there is a crisis, being powerful at that time is normal. Because you need to face that crisis. So how should the person facing it be? This is very important. So repeat it to yourself everyday. And get everyone at home to repeat it. What is normal at this time? So that the definition of the word Normal is set right in the mind. We have the knowledge. But what is present here? We need to have that knowledge too. So in these times, remaining peaceful is normal. In these times, remaining powerful is normal. In these times, thinking only and only right thoughts is normal. And during these times, remaining absolutely fearless is my responsibility. I have to start preparing myself for that. Me, my children and my family. This kind of preparation seems easier when we just listen about it. You mentioned it and we often get to hear and even people say that That examination fear is okay before exams But not during exams. Exactly. Otherwise you will not be able to write anything there. Let's talk a little more about preparations. You mentioned that we need to change the definition of Normal which we have created. I need to be peaceful, powerful, I need to be fearless. Everyone wants to be that way. I think half the people will be trying to make sure that it doesn't affect them. But it is affecting some people and some relationships. A lot is happening. I want to be peaceful and powerful. How to be so? One equation which we had learnt since childhood Let's fit that today. And that is - Thoughts manifest. We have all heard and read about law of attraction, its secret. We have read it all and we know it all. It's time to use it all now. We are aware, we understand, and we have learnt since childhood. At this time, we need to experiment. Because if we all collectively do it now We will create miracles. Collective consciousness can create miracles. In your own life and for your family We can change the Destiny of the whole world at this time. Just need to remember the line - Thoughts manifest. Sankalp means thoughts and Siddhi means manifest. The equation we had created earlier was - Whatever is happening, we think about it. That's not the right equation. The correct equation is - Whatever we think, will manifest. But what we do is that whatever is happening, we think about it. And when we think about it repeatedly, that thing happens all the more. Because the law of energy is not - What is happening is my thoughts. Law of energy is that - what is my thoughts, will happen. And we have all seen this happen in our life. Suppose some object in your house breaks once, and then it breaks for the second time. It is true and it has happened in reality. But after that we start thinking I hope it doesn't break, I hope it doesn't fall... Which means the chances of it falling or breaking increases manifold. We all know this. We have all experimented and experienced this. You come home tired in the evening. It's true, it's real. But after that, we start creating a thought - I am tired, I am tired, I am tired... The moment we create this thought Our tiredness increases. This is because thoughts manifest. But what we said is We think that when we are tired, we will obviously say - I am tired. It is the truth. But we should not create a thought about what is the present reality. Instead, our thought will create tomorrow's reality. So even if we are tired, if we create a thought - I am perfect. I am fresh, I am energetic. Your vibrations change, your thoughts change. The energy you are creating changes. You will start feeling better. If there is any problem in your life If you create thoughts - There is a problem, this is a huge problem, will it ever get resolved? ... Does it even have a solution or not? ... If you keep thinking this way. What happens to the problem? It keeps escalating. If we keep thinking - I am ill, my blood pressure is high, my sugar levels are normal... Keep thinking it and keep saying it. It will certainly not get better. But it is possible that the condition will aggravate. Because thoughts manifest. If there is any issue in your relationship If you don't get along very well with someone We usually start thinking - I don't know what their problem is... No matter how much I try, this relationship doesn't improve. I don't know if it will ever get better... Or if it will get worse... These are all our thoughts. And yet we defend ourselves and say - I have a problem so I will think that there is a problem. But by repeatedly creating such thoughts We actually manifest conflict in that relationship. So whatever reality you are seeing, do not think about it. Create thoughts of the reality you want to see. This is an equation for any scene in life. Equation to be applied right now. Repeat it here - Whatever is happening, do not think about it. Whatever you want to see in reality, create those thoughts. How do you want to see yourself? How do you want to see your family? How do you want to see your country and the whole world? Think only about that. Radiate it. Manifest it. Even one person's thought manifests his destiny. That is certain. Our thoughts create destiny. When the whole world thinks this way, destiny of the world will change. We have the power at this time. That we change our destiny, our family's destiny And gradually sharing this knowledge with everyone We can influence many people's destiny. We want to see that we are healthy. We want to see this at this time. But what thoughts are we creating? We are thinking - I hope I don't get infected. We are thinking - If I do this, I hope I won't get infected. We are thinking - If I touch this, I hope I won't get infected. We should not touch it and we should stay protected. But even when you are not touching it, let's not think - I hope I won't get infected. These two things are very different. Our actions and the thoughts we are creating are two different things. We are not washing our hands for the first time now. We wash our hands multiple times everyday. In today's situation we are doing it a few more times. That's it. Why do we wash our hands everyday? Don't do it. But we do it. We do it to protect ourselves from infections, dirt, and diseases. But when we wash our hands daily We don't create the thought - I hope I don't fall ill We are not washing our hands with thought that I should not fall ill. I hope I don't catch the virus... I hope I don't spread it to someone We are not creating such thoughts. We are creating a thought that I am perfect healthy and I am washing my hands. I am just cleaning my hands. In fact we don't even create a thought that we are cleaning our hands while doing it. Usually we are lost in some other thoughts while washing our hands. But at this time, we are creating that repeated thought. So we need clarity about the action we are taking and thought we are creating. We already have clarity about actions. How to wash hands, where to sit To sanitize hands each time we enter or exit a room. How to sit if you are travelling by train. We know it all. During the last one month we have got all that information. How to think is something nobody else will tell us. We need to do it by ourselves. About how I should think. So first of all let's check our vocabulary. Let's check our words. You mentioned that we say I am very tired. Normally we believe that we need to talk about it even at home. After that, even family starts talking about it isn't it? It becomes a part of our conversation and we repeatedly mention it. You mentioned about it becoming a part of vocabulary So we have started talking about it. Today even in our interactions it's not regular conversation. We are all talking of the same thing. Whether with colleagues, friends or family, this has been the topic of discussion. When everyone is talking about it Do you suggest that we change our conversations? First we need to change our conversations. Because often we may not find it very easy to change our thoughts immediately. But it is easier to change words. So let's go from Outside-In. Right now we may not be able to do Inside-Out. We will do it Outside-In, that we start with vocabulary. Because it's easier to remind ourselves and others through words. It's like how in our conversations, the other person tells - Enough of this topic, let's talk something else. Even if it is some other topic. If we are grumbling, the other person says - Enough. I heard you. Let's talk something else. We ask each other to change the conversation. And this is a really serious time to say it to each other. For example, if somebody is criticizing a person We should say - Leave it. Why should we talk about them? Let's talk something else. This is a time to tell each other - Let's talk something else. This is not rude. This is protection. Don't discuss about how much it is spreading... It will spread for the next one month... In three months it will spread all the more... So many people have fallen ill... Based on this statistics we can calculate that so many more people will fall ill ... A few people have the role of calculating these numbers. Let them play that role. They are health care professionals or government officials who have that role. It is their role to create the numbers, to remain aware, and to educate us. Our role is to create the right thoughts so that the statistics come down. Repeatedly looking at statistics And by discussing it with other people We saw the line - Thoughts manifest. Which means the numbers or statistics will increase. We need to bring down the numbers. So first we need to reduce them from here and here. Only then it will reduce there. It's a very small population of people who have the role of calculating the statistics. Rest of the world has a role of finishing that statistics. So let's work on our vocabulary. Let's do this homework today. That we are with our family at home. Put it across everywhere that we can talk about everything else, except this. Once we educate everyone We might also need to remind each other in between Just ask your child - Did you wash your hands? Yes? Good. Say only this much. Don't say - Wash your hands, otherwise you will get infected. That's not needed. You don't need to say it. Bless your child. When your child went out, you would say - Drive carefully. But if you say - Drive carefully otherwise you will meet with an accident. That's not a blessing. Why did you have to use the word accident when the child is leaving? Why is the word Accident present in your thoughts? So just tell your child - Wash your hands. Don't say - wash your hands. Do you even know how much the virus spread? If you get infected then even others at home will catch it. Our thoughts manifest. Even if someone starts talking that way One person in the family should remind them Our thoughts manifest so pay attention to what you say. If you really need to say Then tell the other person - You will never get infected by it. Start saying that. Take care, but I am certain, this will never happen to you. This will never happen to me. This will never happen to our family. People might say this is not the way to speak because it is ego. It is not ego. It is about changing our thoughts. Because I need to finish my fear. I need to strengthen my immunity system. I need to finish fear from the society. I need to finish this virus. So I just need to create this thought I will have to start talking that it is over. That the virus is over. We have a project in the Brahma Kumaris We call it Reversal of Coronary Artery Disease. It has been going on for years . If someone's arteries are blocked. They take care of lifestyle which is very important. Their diet, exercise, and even medicines are continued. But what thoughts do they create? Through meditation they connect to God and visualise That the blockage in the heart is getting cleared. And they create the thought - I am healthy. I am perfect healthy. I am free from illness. They still have the artery blocked right now. But they need to create a thought that it is clean. Because we should not think of whatever is the present reality. We need to think of what we want, to become our reality. Because thoughts manifest. If we revise this repeatedly Our vocabulary will change. At this time a lot of vocabulary is being exchanged with family. And you are on phone with friends and relatives. This much care will finish more than half of our fear. Next we will learn to change your thoughts. But first we need to change our words. Ask people to take care. But instruct them along with blessings. Speak to them with blessings. Don't scare them. Take care. God's blessings are always with you. You are protected. You are safe. You are secure. But wash your hands. You can do both the things. You created high energy and raised the energy at home. You made your children feel safe. Today we are informed and doing things with knowledge. How much fear are we creating in children? Wash your hands otherwise something will happen. Panic gets created in children. A child's immunity system is not yet completely developed Yet if we repeatedly tell him that he may catch an infection So this is the time When our every thought and word needs to be a blessing. And blessing means - You are perfect, you are healthy. You are free from illness, you are fearless and will always be so. Bless each other with that energy.
