Sir, Welcome to PINKVILLA first thing, there was lot of talk and chatter about the fact that she was incorperating drugs in his coffee and his tea and his food and what all now there have been messages which proves the fact how did you plan to take this ahead, do you have clue about it what do you think about this whole angle to the case well as far as family is concerned we have never said that she was putting drugs in coffee and etc that has only come yesterday in this WhatsApp chat of a Rhea as far as family is concerned we were definitely of the view that there is something wrong with Sushant and probably he is being over drugged when we meant over drugged we meant prescribtion drug some doctors give you drug, or if her father was giving drug some over drugging of him which was affecting his mental health but now the drug which is coming out as per the WhatsApp chat which has been showed by some channels yesterday now it looks like it;s a hard drug and it's a banned drug so this is very serious now this will involve the Narcotics control buero because they will have to look after this drug who was the supplier , was there a backen supplier as well if there are customers than who all are the customers so this chain will have to go both ways both the supplier end and the consumer end and second the case that we have made out in FIR now it is proved with more amount of that she definitely was giving him something, in order to control his mind and insure that he remains sort of drugged and he is able to carry on with whatever she was intending to do as far as Sushant is concerned Sir, you represent ot the family so how did the family react to the shocking piece of the drug thing, they were completely clueless they were completely cut off because Rhea's what is their reaction to the whole drug angle that is coming up to be honest there no offense for them to react because this is only a new channel unless we come something by the CBI and there is some finding from CBI I don't think there is anything from the family to react we are just reacting to this news channel now if we take this to be true this is the reaction I tell you according to us we have never seen him into drugs or any kind because he was a fitness freak plus he was doing meditation and yoga so people like this are not one who will enter into a such consumption as far as family is concerned this is very shocking we are just doing wait and watch policy till the CBI completes the probe let us wait and think how things progress another thing that comes out is that the lawyer who was representing Rhea has said that and Rhea has come out saying a statement that I've never done drugs and she is ready to take the blood test do you think if she has taken hard drugs months before it will come out in the tests now well there are two things in this first the fact that she was administrating some drug to Sushant not something which will be proved by her blood test so Sushant is no more it is only his blood test matter about the presence or absense of drug so the allegations administering him as far as the Rhea consuming drug herself is concerned I don't know what kind of drug she was consuming and what what is the time which drug remains in the blood so if it probably remains for 2-3 days she cannot have drug for 3 days and go for blood test I think this is neither here nor there , I don;t know what are they trying to prove they are once again proving themselves in a guilt why you want to react which is completely unrelated to actual controversy which is drugging Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea is saying I'm ready to give my blood for process of testing so I don't think people;s mind can be diverted by this kind of divertionary tactic in India you know Sir consumption of drugs or possession of drugs are illegal let's assume even if she [proves her self in this case do you think a seperate case will be filed against her by the Narcotics if she is found guilty of possession or consumption of drugs Absolutely I said the answer in the first question itself it has to be chain of inquiry in both suppliers end and the consumers end so who all was consuming there is a trail of somebody coming from somebody else or that person is also consumer by somebody else that chain reaction has to start one last question do you think she needs to take into custody since the FIR alsdo she is not been into custody she is gone to the ED twice to give a statement do you think she needs to take into custody now well if you ask my view definitely she needs to be taken into custody soon as possible but probably the CBI being premier investigation they want to have their own justification as part of their investigation and then only they will take her into custody , probaly you will have to wait a little bit I think they are still doing their so if Rhea doesn't co operate with the investigation, ground will be made for taking her in the custody, Thank
